Enjoy full private access to our space for your event, making it a completely exclusive experience for you and your kids.
MAX. BOOKING TIME: 2 Hours
PRICE: $500 NOW $400+ GST (PROMOTION AVAILABLE UNTIL APRIL 30, 2025 ONLY) Book by April 30, 2025 to lock in this offer—just pay the deposit. Your event can take place anytime after!
AVAILABLE SESSIONS: Saturdays 11:30am - 1:30pm or 2-4pm & Sundays 2-4pm
BOOKINGS: Must book 5 weeks in advance (see details below re booking times)
Max 2 hours - 90mins of play first, then 30 mins to eat
The maximum number of guests is 28 (adults & children combined) and yes, even little babies count. Our city-decreed capacity is 30 people.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
Children of all ages are welcome, but we require two or more adult party hosts stay for the duration of the event.
Each child attendee engaging in play is required to have a completed account with us, including waivers and emergency contacts. Create an account HERE.
Guests must bring their own decor, and be able to set it up and take it down personally within 10 minutes on either end of the party. Simple is great!
Tablecloths, napkins, and compostable plates and forks will be provided.
Themes are possible, if requested at time of booking. Free play is what we do and encourage, but we can offer fun challenges and game ideas based on a theme, if requested.
Should you want a party on a different date or time than what is typically offered, and you request this date/time more than 35 days in advance, we may be able to accommodate your request, for an additional fee of $100.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
We have the perfect picnic area for all the food and cake! Bring anything you like. Please try and avoid nuts as we would like to keep our space nut-free.

DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY
DEPOSIT: 50% of total booking fee + GST
A partial deposit is required to secure your booking.
CANCELLATIONS:
If you cancel more than 14 days in advance of the party, this will be refunded to you.
If you cancel between 8 - 13 days before the party, your deposit will NOT BE refunded to you.
If you cancel within 7 days of the party, you will be charged the FULL party price.
